Proceeds from items purchased in this collection helps support OTIS Fresh's free food distribution efforts. OTIS (only things in season) is a cooperatively-owned farm in Back of the Yards, Chicago. It is run in part by Sinkhole Sounds Co-Founder Mabel Gladly.
This on-going collaboration gives OTIS the ability to sell online! They are a production farm that offers sliding scale and free bags to community members, and purchasing a full-price bag her allows them to scale their business to ultimately be able to serve farm neighbors exclusively. Support them as they grow!
